Janelle Just Quinn is the founder of 3FIVE Wealth™, built on a simple belief: financial freedom is created with intention, discipline, and consistent choices over time. Her relationship with money began early, learning the value of saving, patience, and stewardship in practical, everyday ways that shaped how she approached life, leadership, and opportunity.
At 18, Janelle enlisted in the United States Air Force, beginning a defining chapter marked by dedication, perseverance, and growth. She advanced in her career and was later commissioned as a Medical Service Corps Officer, building a strong foundation in leadership, accountability, and strategic decision-making over two decades of service. These experiences cultivated the discipline and resilience that would carry her far beyond the military.
Janelle retired from the Air Force at 38, but not from purpose. She continued investing, saving, and making intentional financial decisions, growing her portfolio into multiple millions by her mid-40s. Her story is not about luck or shortcuts, but about staying the course and building with intention. Today, she shares her journey through podcasts, panels, mentorship, coaching, and workshops, helping others see what’s possible when they lead their money with clarity and design a life of freedom on purpose.

She is a financial educator, speaker, and storyteller passionate about helping people see what is possible with their money and their future. With more than 20 years of leadership experience, she draws from her military background, her personal investing journey, and her faith to guide others with clarity and compassion.
A retired United States Air Force officer, Janelle served honorably for two decades, building a strong foundation in leadership, strategy, and accountability. She later applied those same principles to her financial life, achieving independence through consistent saving, intentional investing, and patience over time. She shares her journey not as a formula, but as a real-life example of what can happen when people stay the course.
Today, Janelle speaks, mentors, and teaches through podcasts, panels, workshops, and community engagements, connecting with people from all walks of life. Her work is grounded in the belief that financial freedom should be the expectation, not the exception. She lives in Texas with her family and remains committed to helping others build confidence, purpose, and possibility around their financial future.
Founded in 2025, 3FIVE Wealth™ was created as a natural next step in Janelle’s evolution from military officer to entrepreneur, speaker, and coach.
